HOW TO CHECK OUT WITH OR WITHOUT A PAY PAL ACCOUNT DIRECTIONS: How to check out with just a credit card and not use pay pal. Pay Pal is used as our online payment service so you can rest assured that it's a secure transaction.  1) Select the tickets you want to buy (general, reserved, table or VIP) and click "Next Step".  2) Select the way you want to receive your tickets (Print, Email, Check in at door), then click "Next Step".   3) After you review your order, proceed to the "Checkout" page. 4) On the next screen you MUST enter your email address (just like ticketmaster) this is how we keep track of who buys tickets in case you lose your ticket or have any problems. You will then fill out your name and create a password. This needs to happen in case you need to re-print your tickets and for you to keep track of your purchase. Then click "Check Out With Pay Pal" (you do NOT need a pay pal account). After you click "Check Out With Pay Pal" you will be directed to Pay Pal's website (so you know it's a secure transaction). At this point you can either check out with your pay pal account OR put in your credit card and check out just like you would with Ticketmaster. We want to make sure that all patrons know what to expect when attending events at RASCALS LIVE MUSIC VENUE. Please note that not all tickets guarantee seats. Seating varies show by show, so please pay attention to the description of the seating level that you select. A "Reserved Table Seat" guarantees one seat at a cabaret table. Every individual in your party needs a ticket in that section in order to sit at your table. Any reserved table seats, tables or seats are held until 30 minutes after the start time of the show, they will then be released. Reserved Table Seats and any will-call tickets are non transferable - the name of the person ordering must match the name of the person picking up the tickets. A “GA Limited Seating” ticket guarantees access to the concert, but does not guarantee a seat. Seating is available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis. If seating is absolutely necessary to you, please purchase a Reserved Table Seat (if available for that show). For certain shows, we will have a "GA Seated" section, which guarantees a chair, but no table. Seats for this section are guaranteed until showtime. A “GA Dance Floor” or “Standing Room” ticket is just that. There is absolutely no seating in either of these sections. Please do not purchase a ticket in these sections if you will be unable to stand for the duration of the show. Doors for concerts open half hour or one hour before the start time of the show (check your ticket). RASCALS LIVE MUSIC VENUE reserves the right to change the start time, or to change performers to a lineup. Ticket buyers will be emailed with any major changes. No outside food or drinks are permitted. Pizzas from RASCALS MUSIC PUB can be brought into the concert. RASCALS LIVE MUSIC VENUE has a full bar during shows. Flash photography and/or video recording is not permitted in RASCALS LIVE MUSIC VENUE. This is a listening room, and it is important to us that performers are able to be heard. Patrons talking during quiet shows may be asked to step outside so others can enjoy the show. RASCALS LIVE MUSIC VENUE is an all-ages venue, but patrons must be 21 to drink alcoholic beverages. Strobe lights will be used during the performance. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
